Ten years ago, when a close friend passed away unexpectedly, I was shocked to see her ‘light body’ floating above me as I lay awake in bed that night. 

This is when I began to question everything.

My search for answers led me on a spiritual journey to [unexpectedly] discover my ability to connect ‘beyond the veil’ with my Guides, Angels, Loved Ones, Higher Self, and yes — even my deceased friend. (Up until this point, I thought you had to be born with this “special” ability. I was amazed to learn that anyone can develop these skills!)

In 2020, after spending a decade in Film Production as an award-winning Editor and Producer, I left the industry to use my gifts to support others on the path of awakening.

Now I help people just like you connect to their Infinite Nature — to remember their power to access higher consciousness and divine guidance, and to find answers that bring positive transformation and inner harmony.

With a light-hearted, practical approach, I bring a sense of ease and empowerment to spiritual development. My offerings provide a grounded, nurturing space to connect within and receive what is needed — often resulting in profound clarity, empowering insights, and deep soul healing.

A little bit more about me:

I’m a certified Yoga Nidra (Meditation) Instructor, Akashic Records Practitioner, and Reiki Level II Practitioner.

I’ve also trained in Psychic Mediumship, Past Life Therapy, Automatic Writing & Channeling, Quantum Energetic Hygiene, Restorative & Yin Yoga, and the Mystery Teachings of the Divine Feminine.

As a student of Astrology, I’m fascinated with the natural rhythms and laws of the universe.

I have an incredibly loud laugh that can be heard from a surprising distance.

Nature is my ultimate sanctuary, where I love to be barefoot, relax in fresh water creeks and natural hot springs, and collect cool rocks.

I’m based in Sedona, Arizona where you can find me hiking, dancing, and taking cat naps on the red rock energy vortexes.
